The Formentera Film Festival is an international short film festival founded in 2011, when Viviana Carlet and Carlo Migotto – the directors of Lago Film Fest – brought one of Lago’s ribs to the small Balearic paradise, and, together with Silvio Bandinelli and Monica Timperi – yes, precisely them – made turned it into a magnetic, independent creature of its own that entertains a fruitful, long-distance relationship with Lago, constantly exchanging ideas, materials and suggestions. The festival has biennial editions and will have its sixth on May 2019.
