Rachele Maistrello

Rachele Maistrello (1986) is an Italian artist.

She trained at IUAV in Venice, L’École nationale supérieure des Be- aux-arts in Paris and ZHDK in Zurich. In 2020 she is the winner of the Graziadei award, artist in residence at the Mambo museum (Nuovo Forno del Pane) in 2019 she is invited by the Inside Out Museum in Beijing at their residency program, in 2018 she is the winner of the Movin’Up award and the NCTM and art award. In 2018 she is among the artists selected at Plat(t)form, Fotomuseum Winterthur and in 2017 she is the winner of the ABITARE call.

Over the years her works have been exhibited in many solo and group exhibitions including:, La Triennale, Milan (2018), Unseen Fair, Amsterdam, The Netherlands (2017), Parallel Vienna, Austria (2017), Mediterranea Young Artist Biennale, Tirana (2017), Galleria Nazionale dell’umbria, Perugia (2014).

Her work feeds on microcosms, small marginal stories and rediscovered rituals, through the use of photography, performance, written texts and websites.

Emilia Mazzacurati

Emilia Mazzacurati was born in 1995. She grows up between foggy Padova and the Tuscan countryside. She studies history of art at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and then attends the Scuola Holden of storytelling and performing arts in Turin. In 2019 she writes and directs her first short movie – “Windosock” – that places itself among the finalists of the 2019 Premio Rodolfo Sonego and is selected, among others, by “Cortometraggi che passione” – FICE and MiBACT / “10 corti in giro per il mondo” – Italian Short Film Center,  Torino Short Film Market and MiBACT / now on Amazon Prime Channels.

Elena Griggio

Graduated in Philosophy and Human Sciences, Elena Griggio studied at Ca’Foscari University of Venice and at Queen’s University of Belfast.

Pupil of Kaya Anderson and Ilaria Drago, she is an Italian director, singer and actress. Mostly dedicated to theatre, she studied in U.K, London (LAMDA and Rada) and in France (CAIRH – Centre Artistique International Roy Hart), joining the Research Group on vocal expression. She performed in Tino Sehgal’s opera Yet Untitled, winner of the Golden Lion Prize in Venice Biennale 2013. Since 2014 she’s been working with Teatro Valdoca, theatre company founded by Cesare Ronconi and Mariangela Gualtieri.

 In 2019 she directed and produced her first film: HAVENS, awarded at Lago Film Fest 2020 (Veneto Competition), IFA Bristol 2021 and in Venice Short Film Festival 2021.
