Since 2016, the inseparable relationship between sound, music, images, and storytelling has found a specific valorisation at Lago Film Fest through the L.O.S.T. Award, which represents a unicum in Italy dedicated to short films, in which the awarding of the prize, takes place by focusing on a fundamental factor of film fruition: listening.
It is a complex evaluation, due to the diversity of the elements involved. Under the lens of the jury, which is equally composite, are the creative depth, the technical quality, and the emotional impact that the sound system as a whole arouses, merging with the images and transforming their perception.
